Long day in a Torpedo Room moving a dummy weapon.

I'm beat. A couple of pics from the internet of a SSN 688 Class Torpedo Room...

 

A couple of views of Tube 2.

The first picture shows a torpedo in one of the stows.  On the right of torpedo is a “Pivot Tray” which pivots the weapon to allow it to be tube loaded.

The bottom picture shows the pivot tray pivoted so the torpedo can be loaded or back-hauled, or unload from the tube.
