A Better Morning!!!
I got our
co-worker out of jail today.
Some good
news, his charge was down-graded from felony to misdemeanor! Also, thank you to the Judge for assigning a
bail amount in an even number ($500, $1000, etc.) as bail needs to be an Exact
Amount. If I was a Judge, for assholes I
would assign a bail amount of something like this:
“Bail is set
at $1423.83. Exact Change Only!”
But, I’m an
asshole!

Not a Good Morning...
What a
Fucked Up Day. One of my coworkers was
arrested this morning, and Not My Boss asked me to help. Driving out to the police station and some
internet digging, I found out he was arrested for “Abuse
of a Family Member”. When asked for
the amount of bail, I was informed it was a Felony Arrest, No Bail. Going to be in court tomorrow or the next day
for arraignment.

Good Morning!!!
We had a
submarine out on sea trials (at sea testing after an availability) last
week. The Submarine Rescue Systems that
the US Navy sent to Argentina were stood up specifically for our sea
trials. When we sent the message that
they were no longer needed, they reduced their readiness posture. A couple days later, they got their Go
Orders.
By standing
up for our sea trials, we probably save about 48 hours in getting the systems
down there.
I hope we can get to them in time.
