As I was
going through Oregon, I noticed something that I don't see in Hawaii. Look at the left turn signal...
After the
left turn goes through its sequence (Red, Green Yellow Red), it stays red for
about 5 seconds than flashes a yellow turn.
No back-ups (assuming no oncoming traffic) at left hand turns. Turn at your own risk!
Smart!
If we had
this here in Hawaii, the idiots would be getting in to wrecks left and right. I think we should do this here just for the entertainment
value!!!
