Work…

What’s been going on. 

Rumor Has it that:

1. Employee “A” was accused of something.

2. Employee “A” was being investigated for doing something.

3. Employee “A” Resigned from the shipyard

4. Some time has past and Employee “A” accused his supervisor of creating a “Hostile Work Environment.”

5. EEO investigator contacted me by e-mail Wednesday for contact information.

6. As I’m leaving yesterday, an e-mail arrived from the investigator.

7.  Go into work this morning and the e-mail from the investigator is reviewed.  It’s A Shit Show.  Apparently, I “Observed” this Hostile Work Environment.  News To Me!

Bottom Line:

Employee “A” was doing something wrong and was being investigated.

Employee “A” resigned vice being terminated.

Employee “A” didn’t like this.

Employee “A” filed an EEO complaint.

Employee :A” said that I was a witness.

A Little Stressed Is An Understatement.
