Really, Not
A Bad Idea. I own a couple
of these. Get the complete upper vice the conversion kit, as .22LR is
a dirty round. The complete upper will be easier to clean than a
conversion kit and will not foul your gas tube. In addition, when you
swap your uppers out, your sights/optics will follow your upper and you should
be still sighted in when you reattach your upper of choice.
