This happens more than people know.  During the Cold War, several trawlers in the English Chanel caught several large "fish" that suddenly made their trawlers go astern and sink.  And the crazy Koreans  would rush out in front of you and drop their shitty nets and claim $$$$ damage for their fishing gear.
